The Office for National Statistics release data with a time lag of around six weeks. This page provides you with the very latest provisional data. Note: The International Passenger Survey is based on a sample of departing visitors, therefore all figures are 'estimates'. Additionally spending estimates rely on respondents being able to accurately recollect how much they have spent during their visit to Britain. The number of visitors interviewed varies from month to month, but is typically between 4,000 and 5,000.
