The Sample Access Statements below have been written to give you a taste of what a completed Access Statement may look like. They are not to be used as a basis for your own Access Statement as each business will be unique, nor are they a definitive list of provision for each sector - more a visual representation of what an Access Statement could look like and should not be used as a checklist. To complete your Access Statement please use the template provided in the previous section where there is a more comprehensive list of suggested items to include. When using the template the result will be similar to the Access Statements shown below but will include all your relevant information.
