During late Autumn 2006, BLVC conducted extensive research into visitor attitudes to the service they were receiving, the results of which have built on our already solid reputation. Again, we found that 87% of our visitors had specifically come in to look for information and browse. When asked how they would rate the level of customer service they received, over 90% said they would definitely recommend a visit to a relative or friend, and well over half said they found some useful other ideas as well.

The research also found that the 25-34 year olds were the most numerous of our visitors, the most active both in London and the rest of Britain, and the most satisfied with our service.
