BLVC is the only Tourist Information Centre in the UK that promotes all of London and the whole of Britain from one central location. Here, a stone’s throw from Piccadilly Circus, we receive on average half a million visits each year from an international audience who either make a stop at BLVC one of their definite travel plans, or who simply pass by and are inspired to drop in to browse for ideas. This figure is growing year-on-year.
Placing your material on display here guarantees a presence for your product and raises public awareness of events and new developments. Display periods are flexible to accommodate permanent exposure, or can be tailored to suit seasonal or short-term projects. We arrange displays by geographic region or according to natural themes or activities. Larger destinations or groups may want to consider taking branded racking space, using corporate logos and devices.
'Welcome to London' Visitor Pack onward distribution
As an add-on service for the many visitors to BLVC, we have developed a standard visitor pack to hand to our walk-in customers in need of general London information, and which can double as delegate packs for large groups. Inclusion in our visitor packs has a starting cost of 30p per insertion, for a minimum of 1000 brochures. Pack envelopes can be over-printed with appropriate logos to personalise the message. Our ‘floating’ poster sites looking on to Regent Street at busy junctions and crossings remain a popular advertising outlet for a growing number of marketers. Sites are available for flexible rental durations: short-term periods are suited to exhibitions and events, while destinations may want to consider yearly bookings. Staff feedback tells us passers-by will be inspired by what they have seen in the window to visit us and ask for more information; so brochure-racking back-up is particularly effective, but as space is limited, we urge you to reserve your slot early. Alongside the static poster display is our back-projection digital screen. This shows a continuously rotating programme of images or movies 4 times an hour, 14 hours a day. Sited facing a busy junction, it is bright enough to attract attention from afar, and is ideally suited to project your brand identity and grab attention.
