Central London Meeting Rooms
Our Meeting Room and Breakout Room are in constant demand by tourism organisations for their convenience and adaptability. The larger Meeting Room can seat up to 18 delegates boardroom style, more if your needs dictate other configurations, and comes equipped with up to date presentation and conference facilities. The more intimate Breakout Room holds comfortably 8 delegates for smaller private meetings, with pc access.
Exhibition Space and Events
Our new prominent exhibition area at BLVC is available for hire. Positioned just inside the main entrance, and so clearly visible to half a million visitors to BLVC as well as countless passers-by, this space is ideal for a short-term display or exhibition. It can be readily adapted to activities as diverse as wine-tasting and cookery demonstrations, prize draws, product launches and so on.
You will find substantial facilities to support your event, including integral storage and racking for up to 48 pieces of print, tables, chairs, and power points, while audiovisual presentation is taken care of by use of a DVD player and large plasma screen presentation with sound amplification, and potential use of a ceiling-mounted banner drop.
Behind the scenes, beyond the usual back-office features, rental of the space includes access to kitchen facilities and changing rooms, and a meeting area. The area measures approximately 5m2, and can be adapted for most suitable events. Please contact us for a plan of the space or to discuss your exact requirements and proposals.
BLVC is also a great place to stage a one-off special event as part of a campaign or launch. Our public area is large enough to host up to 200 invited guests to events during or after operational hours. Thanks to our links to VisitBritain’s PR & Marketing teams, we can bring extensive resources to bear to generate the greatest PR impact amongst wider tourism circles. Other Commercial Opportunities
We are always open to new opportunities. BLVC has much experience as a Fulfilment/Distribution Centre handling sales, voucher redemptions, or short-term event ticketing etc, for other organisations. Besides this, we operate a small shop and always alert to new partnerships. Beyond this, we are seeking to expand our range of facilities for our visiting public, and if you have a proposal, please get in touch with us, and we would be delighted to discuss your requirements. We are particularly keen for ideas to tie with VisitBritain campaigns.
Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can I begin?
Promotion can start as soon as the Order Form and brochures/poster/slides are received – same day is possible and we aim to be as flexible as possible.
How do I pay?
We accept cheques made payable to VisitBritain (please remember to calculate and add VAT at the standard rate), or we will issue an invoice in full on receipt of a completed order form. BACS transfers are also possible.

Currently no single mechanism exists to place material into TICs on a London-wide or national level, but VisitBritain, who coordinates marketing for TICs in England, is looking at several pan-network options.
