Buddy Day is a nationwide event being run by Springboard UK and sponsored by 3663 and The Caterer Group.

A Buddy Day is a hands-on work experience day that involves the tourism industry allowing a ‘Buddy’ to shadow an employee for a day. Buddy Days provide candidates as diverse as students, teachers, councillors, career changers, Jobcentre Plus staff and parents - in fact anyone who needs to find out more about working in the industry and who can be linked to a business that will promote the sector positively.
