Channel five’s The Hotel Inspector is back for a third series. Award winning hotelier Ruth Watson will tour the country in a bid to bring a number of targeted hotels up to her high standards, and with her own brand of straight-talking and practical advice, turn them into successful and profitable ventures.  From staffing to menus and from décor to hygiene, Ruth will leave no stone unturned in her desire for improvement.

It’s an exciting time for Britain’s hoteliers, The Hotel Inspector is inviting applications to be on series three. We’d like to hear from hoteliers who would be interested in this unique opportunity to get valuable advice that will boost profit margins, a cash injection to help with changes, as well promoting their hotel to a nationwide audience of millions. 

We’re also looking for guests who’ve stayed somewhere that’s more Basil Fawlty than Rocco Forte to recommend hotels that need a little of Ruth’s magic to change their fortunes.
