Distribution logistics advice
We can advise on the most cost effective way of distributing your materials so that they reach their destination in the time allocated, whether by land, sea or air. We can also advise on customs and legislation requirements.
Project management
Any shipment sent through VisitBritain will be tracked and monitored from its starting point until it arrives at its final destination. We take care of all logistics including customs paperwork, organising fumigation of pallets where applicable, and invoicing, and keep you informed at every stage.
General distribution
Shipments can be arranged to almost anywhere in the world, whether on a regular or ad hoc basis. VisitBritain have regular monthly shipments going out to 35 countries which partners can take advantage of.
Trade fair shipping and management
Take advantage of our bulk distribution rates to international travel fairs, even if we’re not exhibiting ourselves. Clients exhibiting with a number of partners can benefit from our project management, including invoicing of all partners.
Storage and warehousing services
VisitBritain can provide secure warehousing facilities for your materials for any length of time. A pick and pack service is available to ensure stock is distributed as and when it is needed, and regular reports keep you up to date with stock levels. |
