Safeway Excellence in England Tourism Awards 2003 Winners

The Safeway Excellence in England Tourism Awards 2003 reward the very best of English tourism.  Run by VisitBritain (the new body created by the merger of the English Tourism Council and British Tourist Authority on 1 April), the national award ceremony was held on St George's Day, 23 April 2003.
